Aries Line
This line includes high performance products that are positioned in a high quality range. They are versatile products, designed for those who work in a specific and constant manner in the diamond drilling sector. The potential of this products can be maximized only in suitable contexts and with suitable equipments.
For the manufacture high quality raw materials are used to guarantee excellent yields in the most different contexts. For an optimal use and to reach the potential of these products it is essential to have trained personnel and probes with suitable thrust, torque and number of revolutions. They are manufactured with high quality coated synthetic diamond powder, and the tool calibration is designed to last over time.
Important impregnation heights are proposed for great depths drilling, in order not having to replace the tool due to wear with consequent loss of time in maneuvers. The application fields are mainly the mining and geotechnical ones. The tools produced for this line are generally Wire Line crowns with impregnation heights from 10 to 13 mm and crowns for double core barrels with impregnation height 8 mm.
The matrices of the ARIES line are identified by the letter "A" and are followed by a number that identifies the characteristics of hardness and abrasion resistance of the matrix. The larger is the number, the softer is the matrix is and consequently the more the tool is suitable for cutting hard rocks.
On request all the products of this line can be customized in terms of size, impregnation heights and special matrices, to adapt them to specific contexts. It is also possible to implement special tools according to the customer's needs on the base of drawings or samples.
